This is the first phase of what is known today as “Down Town Disney” this original phase “Pleasure Island” was completed early 1990. ERMCO was the successful bidder for this very challenging, never before built, total city of entertainment.

Because ERMCO of Florida’s reputation, “of timely performance and for finding an innovative approach to performing the seemingly impossible within an uncompromising aggressive schedule” ERMCO of Florida was called upon again to accomplish the seemingly impossible task of completing this project within an incredibly aggressive schedule.

ERMCO of Florida’s determined approach toward successful completion of this $8,000,000.00 electrical project’s seventeen month construction schedule is again a tribute to motto, “Here at ERMCO of Florida we pull off what others can’t”.

ERMCO’s scope of work included all aspects of the electrical construction, lighting, lighting dimming and control, power, show power, stage power and lighting, hardscape and landscape lighting, HVAC controls and lightning protection.
